He is an expert entitled to the Special Government Allowance of the State Council, a Distinguished Professor of the Ministry of Education’s “Changjiang Scholars Program,” and a recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars. He has long been engaged in clinical and basic research in plastic and reconstructive surgery and has led and participated in the treatment of individuals involved in several events of major social impact. The discipline in which he works is a national key discipline and one of China's centers for medical care, teaching, and research in plastic and reconstructive surgery, with extensive international influence.

Li Qingfeng, Rhinoplasty Expert at Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital has long been dedicated to clinical and basic research in plastic and reconstructive surgery. He has led research on projects such as “National Medium- and Long-Term Science and Technology Plan”, “Key Program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China”, and ”National 12th Five-Year Support Program”, among others. In treatments such as severe trauma repair, body surface organ reconstruction, and regenerative medicine, he has proposed and established multiple influential new technologies and methods, including “Stem Cell-Mediated Skin Stretch Regeneration Technology”, “Whole-Face Prefabrication and Reconstruction Technology”, and “3L3M Fat Grafting Technology”, among others. After long-term clinical application and refinement, these have effectively diagnosed and treated a large number of injured patients. Many of his works have been included in international monographs in the specialty and presented as conference reports at international academic conferences; international peers have written articles with positive evaluations. He has received multiple academic paper awards from international professional societies, as well as the Second Prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award and the First Prize of the Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award, among others.

Li Qingfeng, Rhinoplasty Expert at Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital Honors: He is currently President of the Plastic Surgery Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association, President of the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Branch of the Chinese Association of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery, and a Standing Committee Member of the Plastic Surgery Branch of the Chinese Medical Association; a Fellow of the American Association of Plastic Surgeons (AAPS, 1921-); an editorial board member; a Founding Member of the American Society for Reconstructive Transplantation (Founding Member, ASRT); and a member of the International Society of Plastic Surgery and Regenerative Medicine (member, ISPES), among others. He also serves as associate editor and editorial board member of multiple domestic and international academic journals, including the Chinese Journal of Reparative and Reconstructive Surgery and the American plastic surgery journal APS.
